“We asked PK Accommodation to supply a quotation for the
cost of the project,“ explained Alan Armstrong, a partner
in the Flaxby Park business, “and were surprised at
how reasonable it was – it sat nicely with our original
business plan.”
PK sourced a 9-bay single storey modular building and began
the refurbishment programme after agreeing the price with
the business partnership that owns Flaxby Park.
“All of us at Flaxby are completely satisfied with
the end result”, continued Mr Armstrong, “The
whole project meets exactly our projected requirements and
present needs and we are delighted with the quality of the
