We normally transport portable accommodation to site and install on site. The cost for transport and installation of the portable building is clearly shown on our quotation.

This service is normally broken down into the following elements:

• Site clearance - to prepare the area of land for foundations and installation of the building. This may include laying a temporary road into the site and removal of spoil.
• Laying of foundations for the portable building to suit local ground conditions.
• The installation of services such as mains water, foul drainage, surface water drainage, electricity, telephones, and data connections.
  

The complexity of these operations is specific to each project, but where it is assists our clients we welcome their inclusion in our scope of works.

A variety of access systems are available. They vary in complexity from a single set of steps to a cabin, to a multi-storey steel staircase.

Other access systems include steps and ramps to the building which can be fully DDA compliant and are designed to suit your specific site requirements.

We can provide everything inside the portable building so all you need to do is unlock the door and start work!

Installing air conditioning within our portable buildings during refurbishment is far more cost-effective than trying to install it after delivery. We can install units for cooling, or cooling and heating.

The systems are either wall or ceiling mounted internally, with an external condenser. They are remotely controlled allowing users to adjust temperature, timing and speed.

Our industrial kitchen areas can be fitted-out with catering equipment to suit the specific requirements of the site and the internal layout of the building.

Generally, all stainless steel fittings are provided and can be installed including electrical, water and drainage connections.

We can provide all necessary connections to your building including mains water, surface and foul water drainage, electricity, gas, telecoms, IT etc.

We can install IT, data and telephone systems. This cabling is generally run in 3 compartment trunking fitted to the perimeter of the building.
