A modular building is a single or multi-storey building made up of individual sections, which after manufacture or refurbishment, are transported to site and linked together to form a larger completed building. Modular buildings can be fitted out internally to suit any requirement.
Modules are joined together side-by-side and sometimes stacked to form a 2-storey or 3-storey building.
Some types of construction allows for units to be joined side
to side and end to end as illustrated below.
